He Didn't Set Out To Be An Expert.
He Just Refused To Stop.
Timothy Cobb was a Navy Riverine who ran long distance for fun and earned his way into BUD/S Class 301 — the training program that produces Navy SEALs — after a deployment to the Middle East. In SEAL training, he blew out his right hip. Full reconstructive surgery followed in 2013.
His orthopedist gave him a choice: go back to BUD/S and risk a permanent hip replacement before 50, or walk away and build something new. He chose to build.
What followed was a decade of rebuilding — not just physically, but completely. Three graduate degrees. A real estate career spanning private equity, brokerage, and development. Two published books. And a growing conviction that the frameworks that helped him survive and rebuild could help other people do the same.
Rebuilt & Forward is where that conviction lives.
